The
Fellowship of the Frisbee is a challenge started
by Nir Hermoni,
the Hebrew Animation Forum
moderator.
It has also been endorsed by ASIFA
Israel,
the site for Israeli animators and animation lovers.
Web space is provided free of charge by studiopolygon.com.
The project's email address is frisbee@studiopolygon.com.
The challenge rules are described here.
Statistics can be found here.
To participate, you must create a small animation staring a Frisbee.
The Frisbee should enter the frame, someone (or something...) should catch
it and then throw it out of the frame.
2D, 3D and any other form of animation is accepted.
There are no other rules.
When all entries are here, the best animations (as chosen by the forum
members and by the general public) will be edited to form one big Frisbee
animation, which we hope to show the entire world at international festivals,
and on the internet.
This page will host
all entries. To add your own, send an mpg/avi/gif/flash file to frisbee@studiopolygon.com.
The animation should be no more than 352 X 288 pixels and 4MB in size.
Please supply your full name, animation title and any other comments you
might have.
You should also attach a small thumbnail (a frame from the animation)
sized to 150 X 100 pixels.
If you've just started working on the challenge, or plan on doing so,
please send an email with your details and anything you've done so far.
